About King of Thieves
A dungeon-raiding platformer about breaking into enemy vaults, dodging the traps set to guard them, and leaving with the treasure. It comes from the Cut the Rope studio and shares that studio's habit of building an entire game out of one tightly-tuned idea.
How to play
- Break into each dungeon and reach the gold it is protecting.
- Traps, not guards, are the obstacle, so the challenge is reading and timing them.
- Being caught by a trap ends your attempt on that dungeon.
Tips
- Watch a full cycle of every trap before committing. Almost all of them repeat on a fixed rhythm, and the rhythm is the solution.
- Speed only helps once the route is known. Learn the dungeon slowly, then run it.
